Long-stay and deployment rates available

Daily photos and camera access included.

Group play is for neutered dogs

Dogs six months and older that haven't been neutered or spayed can't join group play or group socialisation. Intact dogs are far more likely to be caught up in mounting, guarding, and fights, and they change how the whole group behaves.

They're still very welcome to board, come to day care, and be groomed — they just get their own space and individual play sessions with a staff member instead of the group yard. Females in heat can't be accepted at all; call us and we'll move the booking free of charge.

Not a kennel.
An actual room.

Rooms come in two sizes, so your dog is matched to a space that actually suits them. Every room has its own door and enough space to stretch out properly, with air conditioning running around the clock — no stacked cages.

  • Air conditioning running 24 hours a day
  • Live camera access — check in whenever you like
  • Two one-to-one play sessions daily
  • Bring their bed, blanket, or toy from home
  • Evening settle-in and a morning wellness check
  • Daily photos by WhatsApp, iMessage, or KakaoTalk

Large rooms

For dogs 66 lbs and over. Enough floor space for a big dog to stand up, turn around, and stretch out flat without touching the sides.

Small rooms

For everything under 66 lbs. Sized so a smaller dog feels enclosed and settled rather than lost in a room that's too big for them.

Our boy is greeted at entry on a first-name basis. Doesn't even mind getting a haircut anyone. The genuine care and craft of the crew is outstanding.

This place was amazing! The staff was so friendly and helpful as this was my first experience with dog grooming. They had done an amazing haircut on our fur baby! And not to mention it was at a reasonable price! I can not recommend them enough!

The questions
we get most

My dog isn't neutered. Can he still come?

Yes — for boarding, day care, and grooming. What he can't join is group play or group socialisation, if he's six months or older. He'll stay in his own space and get individual play sessions with a staff member instead, at no extra cost. Females in heat can't be accepted at all; call us and we'll move the booking free of charge.

My dog has been sick recently. Can he still come?

Only with written clearance from your vet, dated within the last 7 days, confirming he's fit to board and not contagious. Bring it with the vaccination records. The same goes for any dog currently on treatment — tell us what it's for and we'll let you know if it's a problem. If your dog develops symptoms in the days before drop-off, call us and we'll move the booking at no charge.

What if you find fleas on my dog?

We check every dog at the door. If we find fleas, ticks, or mites, we treat immediately at your cost and keep your dog away from the others until it's cleared — it's the only way to stop it running through the whole building. Treating them at home before you come avoids the charge entirely.

Why aren't prices listed on the site?

Because the right price depends on your dog — size, coat condition, length of stay, and what they actually need. Call us on +1 671 777 8858 and we'll quote you on the spot, with the 10% military discount applied to boarding and day care if it's yours.

What do I need to bring on the first day?

A signed boarding agreement, current vaccination records, your pet's usual food, any medication with written instructions, and one comfort item. We can't check a pet in without the agreement and the records.

What vaccinations do you need to see?

Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. Send a photo of the records when you book, or bring them at drop-off. Bordetella should be at least 7 days old before a boarding stay.

What should I pack?

Their usual food in portioned bags, any medication with written instructions, and one comfort item — a blanket, a toy, an old T-shirt. We supply bedding, bowls, and treats, so everything else is optional.

How long does grooming take?

Two to three hours for most dogs. Heavily matted or double coats can run longer, and we'll call you before doing anything that changes the price you were quoted.

Do you take puppies?

Yes, from 12 weeks, once their second round of vaccinations is complete. We're a dogs-only suite, so we don't board cats or other pets.

What happens if my pet gets sick?

We contact you first, then your listed vet. If neither is reachable and it's urgent, we go straight to the nearest emergency clinic in Tamuning. You set a treatment spending cap at drop-off.

How do I apply the military discount?

Tick the box on the booking form and show a valid ID at drop-off. It applies to active duty, veterans, DoD civilians, and immediate family, on boarding and day care, every visit. Grooming is not included.
