Dogs six months and older that haven't been neutered or spayed can't join group play or group socialisation. Intact dogs are far more likely to be caught up in mounting, guarding, and fights, and they change how the whole group behaves.
They're still very welcome to board, come to day care, and be groomed — they just get their own space and individual play sessions with a staff member instead of the group yard. Females in heat are welcome, but they stay separated from the other dogs and you'll need to bring dog diapers for the whole stay.

Rooms come in two sizes, so your dog is matched to a space that actually suits them. Every room has its own door and enough space to stretch out properly, with air conditioning running around the clock — no stacked cages.
For dogs 45 lbs and over. Enough floor space for a big dog to stand up, turn around, and stretch out flat without touching the sides.
For everything under 45 lbs. Sized so a smaller dog feels enclosed and settled rather than lost in a room that is too big for them.
Check-in takes about five minutes if you arrive with these. We can't take your pet in without a signed agreement and current records, so please do this part at home.
Owner and pet details, vaccination certification, the neutering and group play policy, emergency vet authorisation, feeding instructions, and signatures. Print it at home or save it as a PDF.

He'll stay in his own space and get individual play sessions with a staff member instead, at no extra cost. Females in heat are welcome too — she'll be kept separate from the other dogs, and you'll need to bring dog diapers for the whole stay.
Only with written clearance from your vet, dated within the last 7 days, confirming he's fit to board and not contagious. Bring it with the vaccination records. The same goes for any dog currently on treatment — tell us what it's for and we'll let you know if it's a problem. If your dog develops symptoms in the days before drop-off, call us and we'll move the booking at no charge.
We're a flea and tick free facility, and we don't provide flea or tick removal. For the safety of every dog here, we can't accept a dog with active fleas or ticks — for grooming, boarding, or day care. We check at the door, and if we find them during a visit we'll call you to come and collect your dog. Treating them at home a few days before your visit is all it takes.
Call or message us at least 24 hours before and it's free to move or cancel — no charge, no problem. Less than that, or not turning up at all, gets noted on your record, and after two no-shows we'll ask for a deposit to hold future bookings. If your dog is unwell or something urgent happens, just tell us — that never counts against you.

Two to three hours for most dogs. Heavily matted or double coats can run longer, and we'll call you before doing anything that changes the price you were quoted.
Yes, from 12 weeks, once their second round of vaccinations is complete. We're a dogs-only suite, so we don't board cats or other pets.
We contact you first, then your listed vet. If neither is reachable and it's urgent, we go straight to the nearest emergency clinic in Tamuning. You set a treatment spending cap at drop-off.
