I certify that my dog is up to date on all required vaccinations, and I will provide written proof before check-in:
- Rabies
- DHPP
- Bordetella — given at least 7 days before the stay
I confirm my dog is free from contagious illness and from parasites including fleas, ticks, and mites, and is not showing symptoms such as coughing, vomiting, diarrhoea, discharge, or skin or ear infection.
If my dog has been ill, or is currently under treatment for any condition, I understand that written clearance from a licensed veterinarian — dated within the last 7 days and confirming the dog is fit to board and not contagious — must be provided at check-in. Without it, the booking will be rescheduled.
All known medical conditions, allergies, and medications are disclosed below:
04 Neutering & group play policy
Dogs aged six months or older that have not been neutered or spayed cannot take part in group play or group socialisation. This is for the safety of every dog in our care — intact dogs are far more likely to be involved in mounting, resource guarding, and fights, and they change the behaviour of the dogs around them.
Intact dogs are still very welcome. They receive:
- Their own suite or day care space, away from the group areas
- Individual one-to-one play sessions with a staff member instead of group play
- Solo time in the outdoor yard, scheduled separately from group turnout
Females in heat are accepted, with conditions. She will be housed separately from the other dogs and cannot join group play or group socialisation. The owner must supply enough dog diapers for the entire stay — without them we cannot check her in. If your dog comes into heat unexpectedly before check-in, call us so we can plan for it.
If a dog is presented as neutered but is found to be intact, we will move them to individual care for the remainder of the stay and notify you. No refund is due for missed group play in that situation.

Opening hours: boarding and day care operate Monday to Sunday, all year round. Grooming is Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00am – 4:00pm.

07 Emergency medical authorisation
In the event of illness or injury, I authorise Yewon Pet Grooming & Suites to seek veterinary care for my pet. Staff will attempt to reach me first, then my emergency contact, then my listed veterinarian. If none can be reached and the situation is urgent, I authorise staff to act in my pet's best interest.
I understand that all veterinary expenses are my responsibility.
08 Liability
I understand that boarding carries inherent risks, including but not limited to stress-related illness, minor injuries from normal activity or interaction, and exposure to other animals.
I agree that Yewon Pet Grooming & Suites shall not be held liable for illness, injury, or death except where caused by proven negligence on the part of the business or its staff.
09 Behaviour disclosure
I certify that my pet has no history of aggression or biting, except as disclosed here:
I understand that aggressive behaviour may result in a move to individual care, removal from group play, or early termination of the stay at my expense.

Changes, cancellations, and no-shows. Changes and cancellations are free with at least 24 hours' notice. Less notice, or failing to arrive without contacting us, is recorded. After two no-shows a deposit will be required to hold any future booking. Illness and genuine emergencies are never counted — please just tell us.
A deposit may be required to confirm a reservation. The military discount applies to active duty, veterans, DoD civilians, and immediate family on presentation of valid ID.
11 Late pickup & abandonment
Late pickup may result in additional charges at the standard daily rate.
If my pet is not collected within ______ days of the scheduled check-out and I cannot be contacted, I understand my pet may be considered abandoned and will be handled in accordance with the laws of Guam.
12 Fleas & hygiene
We are a flea and tick free facility and we do not provide flea or tick removal. Every dog is checked at the door, and a dog with active fleas, ticks, or mites cannot be accepted for grooming, boarding, or day care. If parasites are found during a visit, we will contact you and the dog must be collected. Please treat your dog before arrival.
I also understand that if my dog develops symptoms of illness during the stay, staff will separate them from the other dogs and contact me straight away.
13 Photo & media release
Yewon Pet Grooming & Suites to use photographs and video of my pet for marketing and social media. This choice does not affect the care my pet receives.
14 Agreement
I have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set out in this boarding agreement, including the neutering and group play policy in section 04.
